How big is each diffuser, and how long does it last?

Every Nighte reed diffuser comes in a 500ml bottle. With normal use, a bottle typically lasts several months; we recommend replacing the reed sticks every 3 months to keep the scent performing at its best.

How do I use my diffuser?

Open the bottle with care, place the reeds inside, and let the fragrance begin to breathe. Turn the reeds whenever you'd like the scent to come through more strongly, and keep the diffuser in a shaded, stable spot, away from heat and wind.

What's your return policy?

Accepted Answer

Once a bottle has been opened, it's no longer eligible for a refund. If it's unopened and in its original condition, you can request a refund within 14 days of delivery. Items that arrive damaged or defective are handled separately, just reach out with photos of the issue.
